How To Register At Electro Home Electronics?

You can easily register at Electro Home by following these simple steps:

  • Click on the “Login/Register” link at the top right corner of Electrohome website
  • Enter your first and last name, phone number, email address and a password
  • Hit the “Register” button. See below:

How Can I Track My Order?

To track your order, you need to click on the “Track Your Order” button available at the bottom of web page as shown below:

Once clicking the “Track Your Order” button, you’ll be directed to the page where you need to enter the Order ID and Billing Email as shown below:

The “Track” button will direct you to “My Account” page where you can get information about the current status of your placed order as displayed below:

How To Cancel The Order?

To cancel the order, you need to log into “My Account” as shown in the image below:

Once you log in, you can cancel the order by clicking the “Cancel” button appearing at the right side of the order placement. See below:

On clicking the “Cancel” button, a pop-up will appear asking the reason of cancellation.

How To Launch A Query?

In order to launch a query, you can click the “Contact Us” button appearing at the bottom of our web page as displayed below:

On clicking the “Contact Us” button, you’ll be directed to a form where you are required to fill the necessary fields and hit the “Send” button as given below:

How To Shop At ElectroHome?

Whether you are a registered or a new user looking to buy the best product, shopping at Electrohome has never been difficult. Just log into your account as explained in Section – 1. Once logging in, you can shop by clicking the “Add to Cart” button appearing at the end of each product as displayed below:

By clicking “Add to Cart”, the product will be automatically added to the cart. You can view the cart by clicking the Cart icon appearing at the top right corner of the web page. See below:

By clicking “View Cart”, you can see the cart and make appropriate changes related to the quantity of the product. You can either update it or Proceed to Checkout as displayed below:

Once clicking the “Proceed to Checkout”, you’ll be directed to a page where you are required to fill in all the Billing Details necessary to dispatch your order. After completing certain requirements, click “Place Order” button.See below:

In the case you are shopping as a guest user, you can simply buy the desired product(s) through “Add to Cart” by following the above steps. Kindly note that you don’t need to register if you want to remain as a guest user.

ORDER REPLACEMENT/RETURN

How To Know If A Product Is Authentic?

Replacing, returning or refunding is no more a challenging job at Electro home. Simply, fill in the “Contact Us” form as described in Section – 1 stating the reason for return, replacement or refund. It should be noted that the request must include the Order ID, Billing Email and Phone Number used to place an order. (Order ID is assigned when the customer initially places an order).

You can also contact us via email or call our helpline at 0331 444 8481. In the case of refund, the amount will be returned within 7 working days, depending upon the condition and market price of the returned product. For details, check our return and refund policy.

How To Claim Warranty For A Product?

Service center number mentioned on your warranty card can be dialed in order to claim a warranty.

Once placing an order by clicking the “Add to Cart” button, you can “View Cart” to check your total shopping amount. It will be displayed at the end of the cart.

How Do I Pay at Electrohome Online Shopping Portal?

You can pay at Electro home Online Portal through the following payment methods:

  • COD (cash on delivery)
  • Credit Card
  • Bank Transfer
  • Pay Order

Above payment methods will be given during checkout. However, cash on delivery option can be availed only in selected areas. For details regarding the cash on delivery option, you can check the Delivery Schedule, available at the end of each Product page.

How Much Delivery Time Is Required For My Order To Reach Me?

In the case of Lahore, Electro Home offers same day delivery. We ensure that the time taken by your order to reach you does not exceed 5 hours.

If you are residing outside Lahore, in such a case, you are required to check the Delivery Schedule which is available at the end of your selected Product page. See below:

Various cities of Pakistan have been divided into different zones. You can check the delivery time according to the zone in which your region falls.

My Order Is Delayed. What Should I Do?If you have not received your product within the specified period of time, you can contact our call center by dialing 0331 444 8481 or e-mail us at info@electrohome.pk with your order ID.

Why Is Cash On Delivery Option Sometimes Not Shown When I Check Out?

Cash on Delivery option won’t be available in Zone C & D. If COD is not available in your region, you can pay us via bank transfer. (Kindly note that the regions under Zone A & B have COD option. For details, check our Delivery Schedule available at each Product Page or mentioned as above).
