Enter your Order ID and the email address which you used when placing an order. Click “Track” to know the current status of your order.
In the case you don’t know or have forgotten your order number, you can check your order confirmation email or SMS.
If you initially signed in from Facebook on Electro Home when placing your order, you’ll use the same email ID for order tracking.
If you completed your order on Electro Home, we make sure that your order is under processing.
It might happen that we won’t call you; rather we directly start processing your order in the case if you have fully paid via online or you are the previously shopped customer of Electro Home.
If you are opting for “Cash on Delivery”, make sure that the exact payment amount must be ready at the time of delivery.
The payment amount will be stated on an invoice or purchase receipt of your delivered package. No hidden or extra charges apply.
Electro Home always strives to assist its customers in every possible way whether it’s an order placement or cancellation of an order. Before cancelling an order, you can make sure if your packaged product has been dispatched to the specified destination or not by calling us at 0331-4141-481. The order should be cancelled immediately after its placement or before 4 pm. After the given time, the cancellation of an order won’t be considered.
It should be noted that the customers need to reach an agreement for cancelling an order. For online customers, the order can be cancelled by:
- Signing in to My Account and checking My Orders
- Clicking the Cancel button individually for each order, located at the right side of your order
If Electro Home has already dispatched an order, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

If you are using Cash on Delivery option for payment, the order must be cancelled within 30 minutes of its placement in case of Lahore. For customers outside Lahore, the order can be cancelled before 4 pm on the same day when the order was placed.
