Step 1: Specification

The client’s measurements are entered into the sound profile table which calculates which sound profile is suitable for the client. The best option is then set for the user.

Step 2: Simple Coupling

Select the ear piece that suits the client’s ear canal. Assemble it with the adapter and tube using the proven Simple Coupling technology. The tube can be easily shortened for an exact fit before it is attached to the hearing aid.

Step 3: Customer satisfaction

The goal is to fulfill customer’s sound quality and amplification needs. By using the rocker switch, the hearing aid wearer can select a volume that is comfortable for them.
