Our Returns Policy

Our Refund Policy

At Electro Home, we have specific rules for refunds:

  • Refunds within 10 days will be based on the purchase price.

 

  • After 10 days, the refund amount may change depending on market conditions:

 

  • If the market price goes down, the refund amount will also decrease.

 

  • If the market price goes up, you’ll still receive the same amount as when you purchased the item.

You can exchange any product you buy from Electro Home at any time, as long as it’s in good condition, with all the documents and original packaging.

 

Order Cancellation

How to Cancel an Order?

At Electro Home, we’re always ready to help you with placing or canceling an order. If you want to cancel an order, first check if it has been sent out by calling us at 0331-4141-481. You should cancel your order right after placing it or before 4 pm on the same day.After this time, we cannot cancel orders.

Remember, you need to agree to cancel the order. For online orders:

  1. Sign in to your account and go to “My Orders.”
  2. Click the “Cancel” button next to each order you want to cancel.
  3. Explain why you’re canceling in the pop-up box.
  4. Click “Submit” to confirm.
  5. Once canceled, the items will be removed  from  your order.

If Electro Home has already sent out your order, you’ll need to cover the shipping charges if you cancel it.

How to Cancel an Order with Cash on Delivery:

If you’re paying with Cash on Delivery:

  • In Lahore, cancel within 30 minutes of placing the order.
  • Outside Lahore, cancel before 4 pm on the same day you placed the order.
